We welcome all of you to this category, which we have specially prepared for those who are new to the world of cosplay or who continue this hobby for fun! In this area, where you can show off your creativity, shine with your DIY costumes, and have your first experiences on stage, we will all have moments full of fun and passion together. REPAIR STATION
Don't let minor wear and tear or damage ruin your cosplay experience. Our special repair station offers basic tools and help for last-minute fixes or unexpected costume mishaps. Drop by and let our team help you get back to your best look!
COAT CHECK
Do you need a special area to put on your spectacular costume, or do you want to leave your belongings in a safe place? Our designated dressing rooms and storage areas offer a comfortable and convenient solution, allowing you to enjoy the event hands-free.
DRESSING ROOMS
The dressing rooms are an important part of the event. We've set aside two large, separate areas for this purpose: one for women and one for men. Each room is equipped with makeup tables and a coat check, providing you with a comfortable and convenient space to get ready and store your belongings securely while you enjoy the event.

COSTUME RULES
Appropriateness
- Costumes must adhere to clothing standards generally accepted as appropriate by the public.
- Excessive sexual content, pornography, or the visibility of private areas is prohibited.
- Costumes must allow for safe movement within the venue; excessively bulky accessories must not pose a safety risk.
Prohibited Content
Due to safety concerns and social sensitivities, the following content is strictly prohibited:
A) Political Content
- Political party logos
- Figures of political leaders
- Statements of a propaganda nature
- Protest-based costumes
B) Religious Content
- Symbols belonging to real-world religions
- Sacred/Holy figures
- Costumes depicting religious leaders
(Religious designs belonging to fictional universes are exempt.)
C) Real Military / Law Enforcement Representation
- Police / Gendarmerie / Military / Special Forces uniforms
- Real ranks, insignia/patches, and tactical equipment
(Fictional military universes are exempt; e.g., Warhammer 40K, Star Wars, Halo, etc.)
D) Social Sensitivity and Hate Content
- Racist or discriminatory content and hate speech
- Symbols regarding historical genocides
- Ethnic stereotypes
- Degrading or defamatory representations
MAKEUP RULES
- Skin Tone Alteration: Makeup that radically changes natural skin tone (blackface/brownface/etc.) is prohibited.
- Ethnic Stereotyping: Modifications that create ethnic stereotypes (such as altering eye structure, facial shape, etc.) are not permitted.
- Face Paint & SFX: Face paint and special effects makeup are permitted only as long as they are appropriate for the character's representation.
- Fantasy Exemptions: Fantasy races (elves, orcs, demons, undead, etc.) are exempt from these restrictions.
- Final Authority: In ambiguous cases, the final decision rests with the organization.
PROP SAFETY & WEAPONS POLICY
General Prop Safety
No props or accessories may enter the venue without being inspected by the Prop Check team.
Inspection Criteria:
- Must not be capable of causing harm or injury.
- Must not contain sharp points or tips.
- Weight must be balanced.
- Must be safe to carry in crowded areas.
Material Guide
Allowed Materials

Prohibited Materials
These materials are strictly banned:
- Any metal blades or cutting surfaces
- Metal pipes or metal bats/rods
- Hardwood / Solid wood
- Heavy fiberglass structures
- Real firearm mechanisms
- Parts containing gunpowder, pyrotechnics, or explosives
Prop Length
There is no maximum size limit for the inaugural GG Convention. However:
Props with excessive length or volume will be evaluated by the organization based on crowd density and safety. If necessary, a mandatory "spotter" (assistant) may be required, or the use of the prop may be restricted.
Airsoft / Realistic Firearm Replicas
These items will not be admitted unless the following conditions are met:
- Must have an orange safety tip.
- Must have no magazine inserted.
- Batteries must be removed, and gas completely discharged.
- The safety must be on, or the trigger must be locked.
- The firing mechanism should be disabled if possible.
- The prop must not create the impression of being a functioning weapon.
The organization reserves the right to reject any prop deemed overly realistic.
Bow / Crossbow / Arrow Rules
- Functional bows or crossbows are prohibited.
- Bowstrings must be loose and not create full tension.
- Arrowheads must be blunt and soft.
- Drawing, aiming, or pointing motions are prohibited.
- Length and safety are evaluated by the Prop Check team.
Daily Tagging System
- Prop Checks are repeated every day for all props.
- A different colored tag is issued each day.
- The tag must be attached visibly.
- Props with removed or obscured tags are prohibited.
- Rejected props will be taken into security custody.
Wheeled Vehicles and Large Mobile Props
The following rules apply to vehicles used for cosplay purposes:
- Skates, skateboards, and scooters are prohibited indoors.
- Large Decorative Props on Wheels (e.g., robots, droids, vehicle models)
- Prohibited in crowded/dense areas.
- May be used in open spaces with organization permission.
- Must not possess sharp or dangerous moving parts.
- Flying drones indoors is strictly prohibited.
- Remote-controlled vehicles may only be used in restricted zones with security approval.
STAGE RULES (FOR CONTESTANTS)
- Pouring or spilling liquids is prohibited.
- Confetti, glitter, scatter, dust, or powder are prohibited.
- Pyrotechnics and any flammable or explosive materials are strictly prohibited.
- Smoke devices other than authorized stage fog machines are prohibited.
- Stage time limits are defined in the specific competition rules.
- Fast or dangerous entrances onto the stage are prohibited.
- Actions that may damage stage equipment are prohibited.
DRESSING ROOM RULES
- Entry is restricted to cosplayers and their designated assistants/handlers only.
- Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited.
- Dressing rooms are for costume preparation only; they are not social areas.
- Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
COSPLAYER ETHICS GUIDE
The following guidelines apply to both visitors and cosplayers:
- Photos of cosplayers may not be taken without permission..
- A refusal is always final and binding.
- Touching a cosplayer without permission is prohibited (this includes during posing).
- Avoid close contact that could damage costumes.
- Cosplayers are not the characters they portray; respect for the individual is essential .
- Harassment or disturbing behavior will be met with a zero-tolerance policy.
PROCEDURE FOR INAPPROPRIATE COSTUMES/PROPS
If a violation that was not detected at the entrance is identified inside the venue:
- The participant will be directed to a private/suitable area.
- They will be asked to modify, cover up, or change the costume.
- If necessary, they will be removed from the venue.
- Venue safety is always the priority.
This authority lies with the organization and security teams.

- Enforce rules.
- Take action regarding security.
- Modify stage, venue, or cosplay procedures when necessary.
- Request adjustments from competitors and visitors.
- Reject props and costumes.
