WHO CAN APPLY?
Independent artists, illustrators, fan artists, and sellers of handmade goods. In short, anyone who wants to exhibit and share their work with visitors!
CAN I CHOSE MY TABLE?
Yes, you can reserve your table/s during the payment step and finalize your selection once the payment is complete. The floor plan and available options will be shared with you as you continue with your application.
IS THERE A CAPACITY LIMIT?
Yes! Our capacity is limited to 100 tables. All tables and reservation requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a deadline to finalize reservations, and the specific details will be emailed to you after you submit your application.
HOW MANY TABLES CAN I RESERVE
There is no table per store limit in our Loot Market area. You can let us know how many tables you need when you apply. If we don't have enough tables available to meet the demand, we will be in touch with you.
WHEN CAN I START SETTING UP MY STAND?
Setup for Loot Market stands will begin at 8:00 AM on Friday, January 30th. You can pick up your badges from the staff at the entrance to gain access to the area. We will email you after your application and reservation are complete to ask for the information needed for your badges.
